Welcome to Veo Studio. By subscribing to or using our service, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Delivery & 3rd Party APIs

Veo Studio is a service that facilitates video and image generation by coordinating with 3rd-party AI service providers. We provide access to these tools under a unified, cost-effective interface.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE: Because our service is completely reliant on 3rd party API providers and their respective availability, changes, or technical measures, we do not have direct control over their systems or uptime. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to these accounts or APIs.

2. Outage & Refund Policy

In the event of a permanent obstacle, API block, account suspension, or if our systems become unable to maintain access to the accounts, you will be entitled to a refund. Refunds are structured fairly and transparently to deduct the value of the credits you have already consumed:

Refunds are calculated based on: [Your Paid Amount] minus [Calculated Usage Value].
The [Calculated Usage Value] is determined by pricing your consumed credits at the official Pro Plan rate (e.g. the standard retail cost per credit of the official model).
If your usage value exceeds the amount paid, no refund will be due, and no additional fees will be charged to you.

3. Usage & Credit Limits

Subscriptions come with a standard allocation of 1,000 monthly credits. These credits can be spent on image and video generations. Standard rates are applied per model, and we reserve the right to monitor account usage logs to prevent automated abuse, spamming, or scraping of our platform.

4. Intellectual Property

The code, brand, custom scripts, and visual components of the Veo Studio desktop client and website are owned by us. Generated media outcomes (images/videos) are governed by the terms of the underlying model providers.
